Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga consists of maintaining the postures for a fairly long period of time, between 4 and 7 minutes normally. To help maintain asanas, supports such as bricks, cushions or blankets are used. The goal is to request in depth the connective tissues and joints to eliminate all the tensions accumulated throughout the day, empty your mind and rebalance your energy. Yin Yoga symbolizes meditation, depth and immobility and opposes the Yang Yoga that represents action, superficiality and movement. Both are useful for living well and must be complementary.
